Hi! I’m Shiela En, a Licensed Professional Teacher and TEFL holder. I’ve been teaching kids since 2024 and have three months of experience teaching English online. My teaching style is learner-centered, focusing on where each child needs support the most. I believe that every learner is unique, so I design my lessons to match their level, interests, and pace. I make learning enjoyable and effective through interactive games, engaging visuals, and small, meaningful conversations that build confidence and communication skills. I always make sure my students are actively learning, not just passively listening, by encouraging them to speak, express themselves, and participate in every activity. My Superpower is understanding what each child needs and making learning fit just right for them! My goal is to help each child feel motivated, confident, and proud of their progress.
