How should we prepare for our free English lesson?

For the lesson, you will need a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection and somewhere quiet. On the day of the lesson, log into your Parent’s account 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start. Do an audio/video test. Watch the teacher’s video profile and introductory video about the upcoming lesson together with your child. Done! Will my child understand the teacher if the lesson is entirely in English?

Even if the child is completely new to it, the teacher knows exactly how to visually illustrate a thought or word in English. To do so, they use pictures, toys, facial expressions and gestures.

How can I cancel or reschedule our free English lesson?

If you can’t make it, cancel or reschedule the free lesson in your account. We would be grateful if you could do this at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time so as not to disappoint our teachers.

Where can I see my child’s English level test results?

Log in to your Parent’s account and read the teacher’s feedback. It will appear within 24 hours after the lesson.

How do we continue studying after the free lesson?

Choose a convenient learning pace and buy an English course online for an affordable price! We’ll support you all the way. 1. Purchase a subscription in your account. 2. Choose one or more regular teachers – keep the one from your free English lesson, or choose a new one! 3. Create a schedule and start looking forward to your next lessons. Your child can play and practise English for kids online for free in their account, but buying a course gives you unlimited access to all our educational materials and games.
