Questions and answers
How do I log in to my account?
You can log in using your preferred method:
- Phone number
- Google or Apple account
If you choose email or phone, there are two options:
- Permanent password
- One-time code (default)
If you log in via email, the verification code will be sent to your email.
If you log in via phone, the code will arrive via SMS.
To switch to password login, click ‘Log in with password’.
After logging in, select either Parent or Student profile. You can also create a new student at this stage.
I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
Choose a login method: email, phone, Google or Apple account. Use a one-time code or your permanent password.
- One-time code: Sent via email or SMS, depending on your login method.
- Forgot password: Click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset it.
Tips:
- Use Chrome (PC/Mac/Android) or Safari (iOS).
- Check for extra spaces, correct keyboard layout, and Caps Lock off.
- Make sure your phone number includes the correct country code.
Can I add more students to my account?
Yes. You can add multiple students to one Novakid account, and each child will have their own learning profile.
