How do I log in to my account?
A számodra kényelmes módon jelentkezhetsz be:
- Telefonszám
- Google- vagy Apple-fiók
Ha az e-mailt vagy a telefonszámot választod, két lehetőség közül dönthetsz:
- Állandó jelszó
- Egyszer használatos kód (alapértelmezett)
Ha e-maillel jelentkezel be, az ellenőrző kódot e-mailben küldjük.
Ha telefonszámmal, akkor SMS-ben kapod meg a kódot.
Jelszavas bejelentkezéshez kattints a „Bejelentkezés jelszóval” gombra.
Bejelentkezés után válaszd ki, hogy Szülő vagy Diák profilt szeretnél. Ezen a ponton új diákprofilt is létrehozhatsz.
I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
Choose a login method: email, phone, Google or Apple account. Use a one-time code or your permanent password.
- One-time code: Sent via email or SMS, depending on your login method.
- Forgot password: Click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset it.
Tips:
- Use Chrome (PC/Mac/Android) or Safari (iOS).
- Check for extra spaces, correct keyboard layout, and Caps Lock off.
- Make sure your phone number includes the correct country code.
Can I add more students to my account?
Yes. You can add multiple students to one Novakid account, and each child will have their own learning profile.
