These are called question tags, and it is important to note that positive sentences should have a negative question tag, and a negative sentence should have a positive question tag. For example:

"She is coming, isn't she?"

"He isn't watching a movie, is he?"

"You are coming to my party, aren't you?"

"You aren't still reading that book, are you?"

"She does eat ice-cream, doesn't she?"

A question tag is a short phrase added to the end of a statement to turn it into a question or to confirm that the statement is correct. For example, "You're John, aren't you?".
