Meet your English teacher Janet!

Good day, my name is Janet. I've taught English in South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. I love working with students and motivating them to achieve their objectives. It's really great to see how a student starts at the beginning of the year and then to see how they have improved at the end of a semester/year. I love to incorporate gamification and humor into my lessons, and I encourage students to give their best when completing tasks. My hobbies are mainly sports; I enjoy hockey, football, squash, golf, and swimming. I also love to go fishing, hiking, and play the guitar. I am a very spontaneous and optimistic educator who only teaches to the best of my ability. My Superpower is that I have taught students from all over the world that has different nationalities and cultures. I am also great at making students laugh and enjoy my lessons. I would love to have the opportunity to work with your child, and I hope to see you soon in my classroom.
