Hello! The difference lies in the function: "there" is about place or existence, while "their" is about possession.
"There" can be used to indicate a specific place ("Let's go there").
"There" refers to a general location ("The book is over there").
"There" is used to start a sentence that introduces information ("There are many options")
On the other hand, "their" is used to show that something belongs to or is associated with the people being talked about ("Their car is parked outside").
