How to pronounce "Orange"?
Hi!! During breakfast, my preschooler Adam asked me how to pronounce "orange" correctly because he heard it differently from two different TV shows. I decided to send you a message to make sure we were giving him the right answer.

Hi there

Thank you for your question. In English, we occasionally do not spell a word the way in which we would say it. But if we had to write out the word 'orange' in the way it should be said, it would read as follows; o-ruhnj. This is called phonetic spelling - when we write a word the way it sounds.  Now try sound it out exactly the way I have written it; o-ruhnj.

I hope this explanation helped you and I look forward to answering any further questions you may have!
