Meet your English teacher Chere!

Hello! My Name is Chere. I have been teaching since 2019. I am a very patient teacher and I always want to make my students feel welcome and comfortable. I keep my lessons interesting by utilizing TPR or props to engage my younger students and I ask open-ended questions to older students to get them to share their interests and give them a chance to be creative with their answers. My hobbies include creative activities such as drawing, painting, and photography. I often find something I can relate to with students. Whether it is a shared love of drawing, animals, or other hobbies and activities, I love to learn more about my students. My Superpower is that I can draw, paint and pet two cats at the same time!
