Dmitry is a visionary IT leader whose hands-on approach and vast experience have seen us grow at rocket ship speed. When he's not building clever IT infrastructures at Novakid, he's at home building Lego with his kids. Or hiking a picturesque cliff in Southern East Europe.

Oksana has 12 years of multinational accounting experience and a full ACCA membership. During the 9-5, she manages our financial health and stability. Outside office hours, she writes non-fiction stories and is a volunteer for Child Camp – World of Dreams.

Denis has spent 20 years at multinationals and EdTech start-ups across Europe and Asia. A big sports fan and a dad of 3, he knows a thing or 2 about helping companies (and children!) grow.

With over 20 years of experience in the ESL industry and expertise in working with language learning, assessment and education business development, Elena plays a key role in advancing Novakid’s commitment to teaching excellence. She leads initiatives that enhance both teacher performance and product quality, ensuring students receive outstanding learning experiences on their path to English fluency, while also fostering a supportive and empowering environment for Novakid’s teaching community.

Michael plays a pivotal role in building high-performance teams and leading the development of cutting-edge products. His two decades of success in the tech industry have shaped Novakid's engineering approach, enabling us to deliver reliable and user-friendly solutions to our customers.

Director of New Regions at Novakid, driving market entry and scaling operations in new markets. Over 6 years at the company, she has held senior roles in product marketing and sales. Previously 10+ years in international education, specializing in university admission and emotional intelligence — giving her deep insight into EdTech user behavior. Educated in the US and UK. Mother of two and avid runner.

Elvira Mambetova — Educational Content Development Lead at Novakid with over 15 years of experience in language education and EdTech. She specializes in curriculum development, English language teaching methodology, linguistics, learning experience design, and educational innovation. She leads cross-functional initiatives that combine pedagogy, technology, and AI to create engaging learning experiences for children.

Olena Strutynska is Customer Success Director at Novakid with 16 years of experience in customer operations, sales, and business transformation across the aviation, consumer electronics, BPO, and EdTech industries.
She leads Novakid’s global Customer Support, CRM, Sales, and Customer Success functions, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and AI-powered transformation.
Before joining Novakid, Olena held leadership roles at Samsung and Ukraine International Airlines, managing international operations teams of up to 280 people and up to 7 BPOs at once. Her expertise spans customer experience, commercial operations, AI implementation, process optimization, and building high-performing global teams. She is a certified COPC Implementation Leader and is passionate about combining technology with human-centered service to drive sustainable business growth.

Maria drives the development of a strong corporate culture and efficient internal processes. Her expertise in corporate communications has enabled seamless collaboration and fostered a culture of transparency, innovation, and success at Novakid.

Adrienne combines her passion for teaching and language learning with her expertise in content creation. Her dedication to continuous learning and sharing her knowledge has been instrumental in creating engaging content that supports our learners' success.

Olegs oversees talent acquisition and retention, ensuring that Novakid attracts and cultivates top-tier talent. With over 25 years of experience in this field, Olegs is essential to maintaining a high-performing workforce that is dedicated to Novakid's mission and values.

Pierre-Yves Deslandes is Head of PR at Novakid, an online English learning platform for children in over 50 countries. He has spent nearly 20 years in communications across tech, fintech, cloud and entertainment, with previous roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Satispay and Blizzard Entertainment. Fluent in English, Italian and French, areas of expertise include narrative development and messaging, crisis and reputation management, events and product launches, as well as spokespeople training and public policy.
