Djeca u Novakidu uče engleski kao svoj materinji jezik. Vještine učenika vježbaju se u komunikaciji uživo s izvornim govornicima. Predavanje je organizirano na zabavan, ali učinkovit način i traje 25 minuta kako djeca ne bi izgubila koncentraciju i učinkovitije stekla i zadržala gradivo. Novakid programi su izgrađeni u skladu s razinama A1 i A2 europskog standarda CEFR, što odgovara Cambridge English YLE Starters, Movers i Flyers testovima. Tijekom probne nastave učitelji određuju razinu engleskog jezika i dalje prate njihov razvoj dok nastavljaju učenje kako bi osigurali napredak.

Djeca rado ponavljaju pokrete nakon učitelja i mnogo brže i učinkovitije uče gradivo. Zajedno s komunikativnim pristupom, TPR metoda pruža dobre rezultate. Vidimo da nakon samo mjesec dana redovitih predavanja čak i djeca koja ranije nisu učila engleski jezik počinju govoriti.
