Meet your English teacher Joy L!

Hi! I’m Joy L! My classes are interactive, encouraging, and tailored to each child’s pace and personality. I love creating a positive learning space where students feel supported and excited to learn. I believe that learning is most effective when students are engaged, having fun, and feel confident to express themselves. Outside of teaching, I enjoy singing, playing ukulele, and storytelling — and I love using them to make lessons more lively and memorable! I aim to bring out the best in every student and help them grow into confident English speakers. My Superpower is that I can hear even the quietest voice and help it grow louder. I can’t wait to see you in my class!
