Meet your English teacher Burcu!

Hello! My name is Burcu. I completed my academic studies in the United Kingdom and since then I have been teaching English to kids from 4 to 16 years of age. I also have experience with kids who have learning disabilities or ‘superpowers’ such as autism. My teaching style is pretty much kinaesthetic and student-centered. I strongly believe that total body response, tailored lesson plans, props, games, and reward systems are all a must to motivate, encourage, and teach my students effectively. I like to create a fun and creative teaching environment. I’m an active, passionate, and patient teacher who understands how to help my students achieve their goals in a comfortable, safe and fun environment. My Superpower is that I can speak with my cats!
