How many lessons per week does my child need?

For the best results, most children have 2–3 English lessons per week. After your trial lesson, you will receive a personalized recommendation based on your child's level, age and learning goals.

How long is a Novakid lesson?

Each Novakid lesson lasts 25 minutes, which is the optimal duration for children to stay focused and actively participate.

How long is each English class?

Each English class at Novakid is 25 minutes long.

Is my Novakid trial lesson free?

Yes, your trial lesson is completely free and requires no payment card. During it, your child will meet a teacher and explore our platform. Afterwards, you'll get an assessment of their English level.

What's included in a Novakid subscription?

Your subscription includes live 1:1 English lessons with certified teachers, an interactive learning platform, speaking practice, homework activities, gamified exercises, progress tracking, a structured curriculum and flexible scheduling.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium teachers?

Standard teachers are non-native English speakers; Premium teachers are native English speakers. All our teachers are certified and teach the same curriculum.

What payment methods does Novakid accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as local payment methods depending on your country. In some regions, flexible payment options such as instalments are also available.

How can I cancel or reschedule lessons?

You can easily cancel or reschedule lessons through your account, depending on the terms of your plan.

Can I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

Yes - Novakid offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel after this period, refunds are calculated based on the number of used lessons; any unused lessons may be refunded as per our refund policy.
