Derin uyku s\u0131ras\u0131nda beyin, g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u00f6\u011frenilenleri uzun s\u00fcreli haf\u0131zaya kaydediyor. 3-5 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n g\u00fcnde 10-13 saat, 6-13 ya\u015f aras\u0131n\u0131n ise 9-11 saat uyumas\u0131 gerek. Ayr\u0131ca uyku \u00f6ncesi kitap okumak veya sakin m\u00fczik dinlemek, uyku kalitesini art\u0131ran fakt\u00f6rlerden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b> Dengeli ve d\u00fczenli beslenme: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyin dostu besinler haf\u0131zay\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor. Omega-3 (somon, ceviz, keten tohumu) i\u00e7eren besinler n\u00f6ronlar aras\u0131 ileti\u015fimi h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131rken antioksidanlar (yaban mersini, bitter \u00e7ikolata), serbest radikallerle sava\u015farak beyin h\u00fccrelerini koruyor. Basketbol, voleybol futbol gibi tak\u0131m sporlar\u0131 ise odaklanma ve h\u0131zl\u0131 karar verme becerisi kazand\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b> M\u00fczi\u011fe ba\u015fvurma: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enstr\u00fcman \u00e7almak veya \u015fark\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek haf\u0131zay\u0131 kuvvetlendiriyor. \u00d6rnek verecek olursak piyano \u00e7almak; el-g\u00f6z koordinasyonunu ve i\u015fitsel haf\u0131zay\u0131 geli\u015ftirirken yabanc\u0131 dil kelimelerini \u015fark\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmak, kelime \u00f6\u011frenmeyi %40 daha etkili h\u00e2le getiriyor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b> \u00d6\u011frenme stilini ke\u015ffetme: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Herkesin farkl\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011frenme bi\u00e7imi vard\u0131r. Kinestetik \u00f6\u011frenenler aras\u0131ndaysa basit deneylere ba\u015fvurabilirsiniz.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b> Stres y\u00f6netimi yapma: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde herkesin muzdarip oldu\u011fu kronik stres, haf\u0131zay\u0131 zay\u0131flat\u0131yor. \u00c7ocuk yogas\u0131 veya 4-7-8 nefes tekni\u011fi (4 saniye nefes al, 7 saniye tut, 8 saniye ver) ise stresle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kma konusunda epey etkili.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b> Teknolojiyi s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rma:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n elinden d\u00fc\u015fmeyen tablet ve telefonlar\u0131n sebebiyet verdi\u011fi a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ekran maruziyeti, dikkat s\u00fcresini k\u0131salt\u0131yor.
