Ancak yine de a\u011fa\u00e7 ev yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da kapsayan baz\u0131 kanunlar bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u011fa\u00e7 ev yap\u0131m\u0131<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u0131n yasall\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda birka\u00e7 yorumda bulunabiliriz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6ncelikle, a\u011fa\u00e7 evlerin \u0130mar Kanunu\u2019na g\u00f6re \u201cyap\u0131\u201d olarak kabul edildi\u011fini bilmemiz gerekli. Bu da demek oluyor ki, herhangi bir sabit yap\u0131da oldu\u011fu gibi, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u011fa\u00e7 ev<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yapmak i\u00e7in de yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 almak gerekmektedir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bungalov, ah\u015fap ev, prefabrik ev ve <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u011fa\u00e7 ev<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gibi yap\u0131lar do\u011fru \u015fartlar sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde tarla veya bah\u00e7e niteli\u011findeki imars\u0131z arsalar\u0131n \u00fczerine de yap\u0131labiliyor. Bu \u015fartlar aras\u0131nda, arsan\u0131n kadastral yola cephesi olmas\u0131 ve imar izninin en fazla %5 oran\u0131nda verilmesi gibi maddeler bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu \u015fartlar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u011fa\u00e7 ev yap\u0131m\u0131<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce mutlaka belediyenize ve il\/il\u00e7e m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcze ba\u015fvurman\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz.
