Bu soruyu cevaplamak fazlas\u0131yla \u00f6nemli olmakla beraber biraz da ek bilgi gerektiriyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, \u201c\u00c7ocuklar i\u00e7in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ideal uyku saati<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nedir?\u201d, \u201cYa\u015f grubuna g\u00f6re <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e7ocuklarda uyku saatleri<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nelerdir?\u201d gibi sorular\u0131 da cevaplamak gerekiyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e7ocuklarda uyku d\u00fczeni<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ne dair merak edilen \u015feyleri ele ald\u0131k. Uyku sayesinde fiziksel iyile\u015fme, haf\u0131zan\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, duygular\u0131 d\u00fczenleme ve bili\u015fsel zindeli\u011fi sa\u011flama gibi i\u015flevler yerine getirilir. T\u00fcm bunlar, yeti\u015fkinler i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c7ocuklarda uyku d\u00fczeni<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ni b\u00f6ylesine olmazsa olmaz k\u0131lan unsur ise b\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonudur. Ad\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi \u00fczere \u00e7ocu\u011fun b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini sa\u011flayan bu hormon, uyku esnas\u0131nda salg\u0131lan\u0131r. Peki ya bu etkilere baz\u0131 \u00f6rnekler nedir? Bunun sonucu da bili\u015fsel fonksiyonlara negatif olarak yans\u0131yacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Fiziksel geli\u015fim \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkiler: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonunun uyku esnas\u0131nda salg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve uykunun ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini geli\u015ftirdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledik. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n yetersiz uyumas\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin yava\u015flamas\u0131na sebep olabilir. Bu da demek oluyor ki yeti kadar uyumayan bir \u00e7ocuk, fazla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kalabilir.
