Gelin davran\u0131\u015fsal tedavi y\u00f6ntemlerinin baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6z atal\u0131m.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bili\u015fsel davran\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 terapi (BDT)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anksiyete tedavisinde en yayg\u0131n ve faydal\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlardan biri olan bili\u015fsel davran\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 terapi, bireyleri k\u00f6t\u00fc bir ruh h\u00e2line s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 olumlu fikirlerle de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye dayanan psikoterapi y\u00f6ntemidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m uygulan\u0131rken terapist, ki\u015fideki negatif d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle tespit eder, sonras\u0131nda da onlar\u0131 yeniden \u015fekillendirip daha olumlu ve ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i fikirlerle de\u011fi\u015ftirir. Bu ba\u011flamda \u00e7ocu\u011funuzun sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.novakidschool.com\/tr\/blog\/cocuklarda-uykuya-dalamama-ve-yasa-gore-uyku-saatleri\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uyku al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> edinmesi, yeterli uykuyu almas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bireylerin uyku ihtiyac\u0131, ya\u015f artt\u0131k\u00e7a azal\u0131yor. 14 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir \u00e7ocuktan bahsediyorsak en az 7-8 saatlik uyku gerekmekte. Uyku ihtiyac\u0131na dair detayl\u0131 bilgiye ilgili i\u00e7eri\u011fimize t\u0131klayarak ula\u015fabilirsiniz.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kafein al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kafein kullan\u0131m\u0131 uyku kalitesini etkileyebilece\u011fi gibi yatk\u0131n bireylerin anksiyete semptomlar\u0131n\u0131 da tetikleyebilir. Bu sebeple e\u011fer \u00e7ocu\u011funuz \u00e7ok fazla kahve i\u00e7iyorsa, kafein t\u00fcketiyorsa onu bu konuda uyarman\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6neririz.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kafein i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilen maksimum doz g\u00fcnl\u00fck 400 miligram, bu da yakla\u015f\u0131k d\u00f6rt fincan kahveye denk gelmekte. Bu miktara dikkat etmelisiniz. Bunun yan\u0131nda kafeinin v\u00fccuttan at\u0131lma s\u00fcresi olarak 4-6 saat olarak kabul ediliyor.
