How should we prepare for a free level assessment?

For the free English assessment, you will need a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection and somewhere quiet. Please note: We do not recommend using a smartphone, as the small screen makes it hard for the child to do the tasks set by the teacher. On the day of the assessment, log into your Parent’s account 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start. ✓ Test your audio/video. ✓ Watch the teacher’s video profile and introductory video about the upcoming lesson together with your child. ✓ Done! What qualifications do your teachers have?

We have over 3,700 experienced certified teachers in our team. Each has their own unique personality and teaching style. There’s an ideal teacher for everyone, even the shyest or most capricious child. We take recruitment seriously: our teachers must have a professional certificate and at least 1 year\'s experience of working with children. We also pay special attention to their pronunciation to make sure their accent is not too strong. All our teachers do an internship before starting work with us and then attend regular professional development training.

How does Novakid's game-based approach help with language learning?

Especially for kids, we’ve created Novakid Game World, a personal area in the style of a video game, with almost everything in English. The child completes interactive tasks, watches comics and competes with other students. With the rewards they earn, they can upgrade their avatar, which really gets them engaged. As a result, the child enjoys studying and gets into the habit and remembers things better and faster than in school lessons.

Do children get a certificate at end of their studies?

At the end of each completed level, the child receives a colourful certificate from Novakid. This is a good thing for them to have and the first step towards international language exams. It\'s also a great way to show them that they can achieve their goals - which means they can achieve anything!

Pranky Panda is busy pulling pranks and has made all the animals float away with a sprinkle of magic stardust! Jessica and Tom are on a mission to bring back Pranky Panda and stop the stardust from working so the animals can return home.

Pranky Panda and the Magic Sleepy Dust

Pranky Panda is pulling pranks and causing mischief again! This time, a sprinkle of sleepy dust sends all the animals to sleep. Join Jessica and Tom on another magical mission through forests, savannahs and seas to wake up the animals and stop Pranky Panda.

Family Day

It's Family Day at Magic Academy. Sterling, a student, is showing his family around. Mr Vroomus shows them the Teleportation Portal, but, to their horror, a goblin jumps out and steals the portal crystal. Help Sterling and his family get the crystal and send the goblin back to the goblin world.

The Stolen Wand

Although Sterling and his family have got the crystal back, they realise the goblin has stolen the magic wand. Help Sterling and his family catch him again, and undo all his mischief!

The Mischievous Elf

A naughty elf enters the school through the portal and steals the magic wand. By accident, he causes students' body parts to be covered with sweets. Sophie and Tom follow him through the magic portal to find the runes that will help the enchanted students and return the stolen magic wand.

The Naughty Goblin

Tom and Sophie find some sick elves and try to help them, but there are too many. They learn about a magic well that can cure everyone, but it doesn't work. A goblin challenges them to win a tournament to fix it. They win, but the goblin tricks them, and they find the real well nearby. They use its water to cure everyone and return to school.

Slime and the Stolen Toys

Join twins Ginny and Timmy on an exciting quest to save their town's toys from a sad old giant pink slime ball who steals them out of loneliness. With the help of two special school friends, the twins must find three crystals to create a magic cleaning machine and bring the toys back. Through this adventure, young learners will practise their English while engaging in a fun and magical mission.

Slime and the City Game

Slime is feeling bored and mischievous today. He hides all the toys, but pretends that someone has taken them. He knows this will bring the Magic Academy kids out to play! We have been members of Novakid for a long time. We now also use group lessons. My child is 7.5 years old and eagerly awaits group lessons because an environment with peers his own age seems more fun to him.
