All our teachers go through a multi-stage selection process.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants for teaching positions with the Novakid online English language school must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>At least C1 level in English<\/strong> according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR). Children learn by imitation, so correct pronunciation is extremely important.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A higher education qualification<\/strong>, preferably in teaching\/education or languages\/linguistics<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teaching experience<\/strong>. There is no question that teaching a foreign language to children \u2014 is a real art form!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal qualities<\/strong>. Children absorb knowledge when they are interested. Therefore, capturing the child\u2019s interest is the teacher\u2019s most important task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks to the careful selection process our teachers go through, Novakid students can learn English equally effectively with both native and bilingual teachers.<\/p>\n<p>As well as checking their international certificates and work experience, when we select teachers at Novakid, we test their ability to work with children.
