The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/publications\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2025\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">World Economic Forum\u2019s Future of Job\u2019s Report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> found that there is an unprecedented transformation of traditional career paths because of the rapid evolution of technology.\u00a0 So what skills will children need by 2030?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, according to <\/span><b>Anastasia Petrova, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Founder of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/metasouls\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Metasouls<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> platform<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the answer is building the skills that allow children to work with technology. \u201cThe skills for the future rest in young hands that can communicate clearly with technologies like AI and use them to do so much more than we can envision today.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt is a shift in how work is done. Traditional career paths are being redirected at remarkable speeds. They\u2019ll have exceptional medical knowledge as well as superb English-speaking skills so they can collaborate with patients and colleagues globally. Their proficiency with digital solutions will mean they can deftly use AI-powered diagnostics and communication tools.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And this isn\u2019t unique to medicine. According to Anastasia, in the future, people will \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">coordinate and control, not actually complete tasks\u201d.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Programmers, said the CEO of Nvidia, Jensen Huang, will no longer code, they\u2019ll simply say something to their computer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWhat\u2019s really interesting is that communication will also become an essential skillset.
