Dmitry is a visionary IT leader whose hands-on approach and vast experience have seen us grow at rocket ship speed. When he's not building clever IT infrastructures at Novakid, he's at home building Lego with his kids. Or hiking a picturesque cliff in Southern East Europe.

Oksana has 12 years of multinational accounting experience and a full ACCA membership. During the 9-5, she manages our financial health and stability. Outside office hours, she writes non-fiction stories and is a volunteer for Child Camp – World of Dreams.

Liubov drives revenue growth and expands market reach with her expertise in sales strategy and operations. She identifies new business opportunities and executes effective sales plans, establishing Novakid as a leading player in English language learning.

Denis has spent 20 years at multinationals and EdTech start-ups across Europe and Asia. A big sports fan and a dad of 3, he knows a thing or 2 about helping companies (and children!) grow.

Elena embodies Novakid's commitment to teaching excellence. With her 20 years of experience in the ESL industry and her expertise as an IELTS Senior Examiner, Elena ensures that our teachers provide exceptional services for our students and lead them to fluent English, as well as fosters a supportive environment for our teaching staff.

Michael plays a pivotal role in building high-performance teams and leading the development of cutting-edge products. His two decades of success in the tech industry have shaped Novakid's engineering approach, enabling us to deliver reliable and user-friendly solutions to our customers.

15 years deep in international K-12 schools, Anna is passionate about creating strategies for new markets and product launches. A graduate of a US school and a UK university, Anna is a big fan of international education and an expert on customer needs and desires. A mother of two and a long-distance runner, Anna helps Novakid in its marathon to become the #1 school for the children of the future.
